This notice explains how SENTHORIS processes personal data submitted through this website. It does not cover data processed by SENTHORIS products.

What we collect

The details you enter in our contact and investor forms: name, email, organisation, role and your message. We do not use advertising trackers on this website.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry and, for investor requests, to assess eligibility and share materials. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to requests (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (f)).

Retention

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless a longer period is required by law.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent at any time by writing to admin@senthoris.us. You may also lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority.
